Free 591ml Bottle of Sprite or Coca-Cola Product
Here's a great freebie from iCoke.ca - a complimentary 591ml Coca-Cola product (via coupon). You will need to have a iCoke.ca account to get this freebie, but signing up is free. Once you have an account, click "buy it now" in the above link for this offer. It costs 0 iCoke coins, so it is in fact, free. After you "buy" this freebie, a coupon will be sent to your mailing address that you can redeem at "any large chain grocery store". The coupon will expire on December 30, 2008 and there is a limit of 1 coupon per iCoke member. iCoke is Coca-Cola's reward program for Coke products, so this offer is absolutely legitimate.
Thanks to forum poster lebanesekid for the heads up!

Dell.ca: Super Paper Mario $45, D-Link Xtreme N Gigabit Router $90, Belkin 12-Outlet Surge Prot. $20
Doing a little sleuthing over at Dell.ca, we came across some offers of interest for video games and a couple of computer accessories:
Super Paper Mario, Bioshock, and Metal Gear Solid 4 are all extremely well reviewed and certainly worth your attention. Each is about $5 off, which, while not a huge discount, is still something. The Belkin 12-Outlet Surge Protector is a perennial favourite on RedFlagDeals.com, and in our office. The D-Link Xtreme N Gigabit Router is currently selling for no less than $100 at other retailers. Don't forget, everything above will be shipped for free, too.
If you're looking for another good opportunity to save courtesy of Dell, you can sign up for the RedFlagDeals.com newsletter to receive a Dell mystery coupon!

NewEgg: Linksys EG008W Gigabit Workgroup Switch, Seagate Barracuda ES 250GB HD $76/$77 Shipped
We've got a couple of noteworthy deals from NewEgg.ca today:
The Seagate hard drive is the ShellShocker deal of the day (Tuesday only), so it won't be around tomorrow. It may appear pricey for a 250GB hard drive, but the drive is a part of the ES series, denoting that it is an enterprise level product. It is designed specifically for 24x7 business-critical, multidrive server and storage system environments. Canadian retailers feature it for anywhere from $75-$100, and that doesn't include shipping and taxes.
As for the Linksys Gigabit switch, it's currently at least $79 at other retailers before taxes or shipping, so there are some definite savings to be had for this item as well.

Free (today only): Codeweavers CrossOver Software (Allows Linux/Mac to Run Windows Software)
Here's an interesting freebie with an equally interesting background story: Codewavers, for today only, is offering their Crossover software for free. CrossOver software, which is a proprietary version of Wine, faciltates the running of Windows programs on Mac OS X and Linux. There are 4 different versions, CrossOver Pro Linux, CrossOver Pro Mac, CrossOver Games for Linux, and CrossOver Games for Mac -- all of which you can download for free today.
This software was made free today because of the "Great American Lame Duck Presidential Challenge", whereby if certain events occurred, like US gas prices dropping to $2.79 or a the price of a gallon of milk dropped to $3.50 US, Codeweavers would make their software free. Well, gas prices did indeed drop that low stateside, so Codeweavers is fulfilling their promise.
