Used to take my teens here all the time before it was an actual outlet.  Went the other day with my 18 yr old.  Great prices, however their fitting rooms are closed.  Was told that if something didn’t fit when we got it home that it could be exchanged or get a store credit, no refunds!  Put everything down in a pile on the counter and left.  Is that the standard policy at other outlets?  The store used to be packed with a lineup at the cash.  Now there’s only a few people in the store and I didn’t see anyone purchase a thing.  Biting off their nose to spite their face, I would say.
