Tuesday Roundup: PriceCanada.com “Price History” Feature, New “Ask An Expert” Q&A

It's time for our weekly look at what's new and helpful around RedFlagDeals.com. First up, there's a brand new installment of "Ask An Expert", where business coach Warren Coughlin offers small business advice. This time, Warren takes a look at what it might take to start a technology consulting business.

Second, with our sister site PriceCanada.com steadily adding more retailers and products to its database, we thought it was time to give more exposure to the "Price History" feature. This is exactly what it sounds like - for a given item, you can check its price history from all of the applicable vendors on PriceCanada.com. Find out if the latest price is a hot deal, or ice cold!

As an example, here's the price history for the Seagate Barracuda 500GB 7200.11 500GB SATA2 32MB Cache Hard Drive. This feature can give you a good idea of average prices and help you make informed shopping decisions, so have a look! You can find the "Price history" button for a given product on the right side of the product image.

This site is a great idea. Do you partner with the retailers listed, or just list their prices. It would be great if you could get Future Shop, Best Buy and The Source on there, too, Their prices fluctuate so much that it’s easy to see how consumers could have trouble figuring out if the latest sale is as good as the last ten sales they’ve had.
