Looking for an Xbox 360 offer that will give you lots to play out of the box? Check out this offer from The Shopping Channel: an Xbox 360 Pro 60GB bundle offer for $299.99 with the following:
    • Xbox 360 Pro 60GB Gaming System
    • Wireless Controller
    • Headset
    • Network cable & AV cable
    • Xbox Live Silver Membership
    • Kung Fu Panda Game
    • Indiana Jones Lego Game

Futureshop has the XBOX 360 Elite Bundle (includes Indiana Lego and KF Panda) for $399. In-store.

The deal post didn’t mention the $15 shipping charge from theshoppingchannel.com.

Great deal but TAKE NOTE- We ordered this yesterday, and had to call to change our postal code. She advised it would be THIRTY BUSINESS DAYS before it shipped. And we had selected the $30 shipping for 5 days, psht. Scheduled arrival was dec 21 - a little too clsoe to Christmas if you want this as a gift. We cancelled.

I did not get this deal myself as we already have a 360 (and my wife refuses to allow me to buy another one strictly for media extender purposes) but I have ordered from TSC before and the Easy-pay option is the real deal and makes getting larger priced items (TVs, laptops, appliances, etc.) affordable when you just don’t have the full amount to outlay now.  It should be noted that every item no matter how small the price qualifies for a minimum of 4 Easy-pay payments during their holiday selling season.  Also, multiple purchases will typically have the shipping amount discounted.

To address One Sick Puppy’s comment, with respect, you are comparing apples to oranges on the same product.  Future Shop does not have easy-pay options (there is a deferred plan but you have to qaulify for it where TSC qualifies you with ANY valid credit card).  As for the shipping cost, I personally will pay fifteen dollars to not have to go into any crowds, spend my gas, risk my vehicle with those who cannot drive or are not paying attention and can do so in the comfort of my home while watching Sunday football and basketball.  smile Also, with the Elite being $100 more for only getting a black 360 box and 60GB more hard drive space, most people won’t care to spend that much for that little in return.

On eternitybc’s comment, I am really surprised you were told that as the shipping info at checkout states that it is 10 business days for Canada Post.  I would call them again and ask specifically about why you were told differently and if there is a reason or you were just misinformed by the person you originally spoke to.

Hope this has been helpful to someone. Take care.

Dritini- I am positive of what they told me. This item is shipped from a third party reseller (Microsoft??) and they don’t actually ship it themselves.

We were a little ticked. We got the 30 business days from her, and the estimated Dec 21 arrival date. And YES, their site says 10 business days Canada post. We wanted it sooner, and paid the extra shipping for air (which is 5 business days). 3 days later, it still wasn’t shipped (no email confirmation).

The arrival date, and estimated delivery, came straight from their custoemr service - hence our cancelled order. Maybe they are usually timely,I don’t know. But this order made me think twice about orderring fromt hem again. Why would I pay an extra $30 for faster shippign when i won’t get it for 5 week regardless?

All I’m saying is, if you want to buy this, call them and ask when it will arrive. If I had bought this as a gift, I would be a LITTLE upset if it came after Christmas!!
