Im not a coffee drinker so I know nothing about coffee. So.. what constitutes as a mug =(

I’d assume anything that doesn’t say “Not to be used with hot liquids” =)

Most reusable mugs (travel mugs at least) must have a lid.  HTH!

strangely enough 10c is about the cost of a coffee cup with lid, so it costs them nothing to discount and still make the same percentage profit.

Sad but true, too bad the incentive is not a little better for using reusable mugs.  At least you will know you are helping our environment by using your own mug.

Yuk. While I dig their specialty coffees like lattes, u couldn’t pay me to drink their regular coffees like cafe americano. They taste bitter and burnt to me.

I’m not a coffee drinker, but i’ll tell my friends. Anyway, it’s a good thing.

A couple years ago when I was studying for my exams, I brought my flask because I couldn’t find my traveler’s mug and they filled it up xD. Did very well on that exam too.

Just a side note, some Starbucks may not be aware of the deal, just tell them to confirm and call whoever they have to call.

I heard this was only valid for refills on the radio.  Anyone have any success?

it worked for me… I just showed up and did not said anything and they just gave me the coffee for free.. When I left, I saw this one guy bring in the biggest mug ever and another mug!  not sure if they filled that for him lol

got mine.. I don’t really like the taste of coffee (unless it’s espresso/americano). I brought a packet of hot chocolate mix that I dropped into my mug after he filled it up.. Tasted pretty good
