Historically, you cannot. You have to return the item within 30 days for a no-charge return unless things have changed since last time.

hey guys,
just to clarify, online purchases cannot be returned in store. If there are extenuating circumstances we can sometimes facilitate this if the item is sold in our retail stores but many online items are no available in store so price information does not exist in their system.

They have hundreds of pictures which take forever to load.
Traffic on the site, may also slow it down. Try it when its not peak hours.

What about exchanges? I want to buy a pair of shoes but depending on the shoe I can go up or down half a size… Can I exchange size in store?

Love this sale.
Just got a $150 pair of runners for $90.
Thrown a pair of pants onto the order, saved $84 and got the free shipping.
Great thing is that I just went out last weekend and picked up the same pair of runners locally. Paid less for the same shoes and pants then I did on the weekend for just the shoes.
Good thing I didn’t wear the weekend purchase, cause there go’in back.
