I just got my card in mid-August… but I didn’t give my email address because I knew about this offer and I told her I would give it after.
However, the site still does not recognize my card. Is it possible they didn’t send in my info yet? What should I do?
Is there a number I can call?

edit: I meant to say it recognizes the number but says:
“We’re sorry, the information you have entered does not match our records.”
And it does this for all 3 criteria: the birth date, postal code, and security password.
Help?

Hi......Thank you. It worked for me .I have the old card too. Raimond, if I were you I would get in touch with Shoppers and ask them. Seems to me I tried to sign up once before and I had a problem too. Hope this helps you

worked for me too, but I had to try each security code separately as I couldn’t remember which one I had originally given, but it worked!
