they’ve been having this for a long time no?!?

It’s not recognizing my card number...I’ve had this card for a couple years...anyone else have this problem?

Yes, this has been in place for a few years.

I just got my card in mid-August… but I didn’t give my email address because I knew about this offer and I told her I would give it after.

However, the site still does not recognize my card. Is it possible they didn’t send in my info yet? What should I do?

Is there a number I can call?

edit: I meant to say it recognizes the number but says:

“We’re sorry, the information you have entered does not match our records.”

And it does this for all 3 criteria: the birth date, postal code, and security password.

Hi......Thank you. It worked for me .I have the old card too. Raimond, if I were you I would get in touch with Shoppers and ask them. Seems to me I tried to sign up once before and I had a problem too. Hope this helps you

Raimond, I got that same error message. I have the new version of the card, so it can’t be that.

hmm… so I guess we have to call Shoppers… I’ll do it tomorrow, and let everyone know my results.

make sure you enter the postal code you registered your card with.

worked for me too, but I had to try each security code separately as I couldn’t remember which one I had originally given, but it worked!
