I have a “my nintendo” account and have registered the pin from my Brain Age2 game, but the survey does not come up?

Anyone have any suggestions?

alright… i received my stylus set today.
didn’t take that long… and i’m in QC, Canada.
it was mailed on october 1 from WA, USA
and got it on the 19
not bad !
and it’s a pretty rainbow of stylus… heehee
