I purchased it the last time they had it on sale and it was at my home in a matter of days.  Great service from them.

Ordered on Jan 3rd. Status is still pending at the Vancouver warehouse on Jan 14th.

I also ordered Jan 3 and my status is still pending at the warehouse Jan 14.

I’ve ordered the ram on Jan 13th, and the ram just arrived today! Works perfectly!

Still pending on the 18th (ordered January 3rd).  Sent an e-mail to customer service.

Also ordered January 3 and order still pending. Sent email query Jan. 14 and was told: “This item is backordered with an ETA of 3-5 business days. A refund/cancellation can be processed at your discretion.” Two weeks later I’m still waiting. I will be cancelling and will never use them again.

I waited weeks. I sent an email asking when it would be shipped and did not get response.  I opened a case with paypal and they promptly refunded my money.
