LibriVox: Free Audiobooks of Public Domain Works (Shakespeare, Descartes, Marx, Joyce & Tons More)
Have you ever thought how much better your life would be if you had someone to read Shakespeare, Joyce, and Coleridge to you on demand? Well, even if your answer to that is "no", you should still check out LibriVox.org, which is a library of free audiobooks of public domain works. Materials are all read and recorded by volunteers, so quality can vary. Still, you have to admire the effort, and free is free! The selection of audiobooks is quite large (2400+ readings) and you can find a good amount of English literature, poetry, philosophy and politics. We've given a few titles a test-listen and there's not much to complain about given the price.
Audiobooks are offered in MP3 and OGG formats. This looks like a neat resource for students, scholars, fans, or anyone who would like to get a little more well-acquainted with some classics. Give it a shot!

Try it out at your own risk.
I have Norton Antivirus installed (Norton Internet Security) & I got a message that links to a webpage by Norton that says that this site has viruses on it (Backdoor.Trojan, Downloader, Infostealer.Gampass, ...).
I don’t know if you need to have Norton installed to access the page but here it is:
http://safeweb.norton.com/report/show?url=us.archive.org
I was gonning to try it but changed my mind when I saw this.
