Incorporate Your Business Online from $55*
UPDATE: nabeel posted in the comments that Cyberbahn offers incorporation services online for only $55 plus government fees of course. Name searches are a bit more expensive at about $50 though depending where you want to search. Good to have other options of course so check Cyberbahn as well.
You can register your business on a budget and online at CorporationCentre.ca. They provide business incorporation, partnership registration, business registration, and other corporate adminstration functions corporation name changes. They've been around for years and are primary known for their $99 federal business incorporation service. The $99 is their fee for registering your business as a corporation federally but you also have to pay the standard government filing fee of $200 and you'll probably want to do a corporate name search as well which is $30.
With the absolute basics, you can incorporate for the $99 service fee, plus $200 in government fees, and $19 for shipping and handling for a total of $318 plus tax. Be sure to read through their FAQs and information online. Finally, while this may make sense for some businesses, we'd encourage you to consider your own situation and seek further legal advice as appropriate since there are many cases where a simpler online registration like this may not make sense.
