after i installed the software, i’m only getting a free for 30 days option, is this only a trial?

You should have got a registration key delivered to the email you specified when you obtained the software. Plug that in and it will be the full version.

Serial number is right below the download button after the checkout page and deliver by email.

I enter the serial number below the download button and in the email and it says i need to run it as an administrator and then it says the serial is incorrect… any idea?

air2008, are you d/l’ing at work?  You may just be one user on the pc rather than the admin user, in which case you’ll need permission from the admin or login as admin and register from there.  HTH!

I don’t have a download button in my email that they sent or on the order download page/checkout, so how do i download this thing?

same as xaltair I don’t have a download button either on the download page (I did get the reg code in email).

xaltair and ash, there was nothing on the “Thank You” page after order confirmation?  There should be a blue button that says “Begin http download” under the “Product Name” section which is below the “Order Information” section.

Nope...no button, blue or otherwise, i selected the whole page and all it showed was text.

Nothing here either - i’ll have to email them when i get a sec to see what’s up.  I even go to the “Order Details page” link in the email sent to me which says I can re-download the software and nothing but my invoice.

got mine now. followed the link in the email, looked for the order number on their page and finally got the blue download button, so i’m A-ok.

Same here got it finally.

For clarification to others - u get 2 emails, first w/ order invoice (no download info/access even on the linked download page mentioned) and then a 2nd email (received almost 1hr later) with link to a page u can download the software.

That’s strange because I didn’t need to go through emails.  The link above allows you to choose Mac or PC from v. 5, you go through a checkout process (enter info, submit order, etc), then the 4th step/"Thank You” page has the download button. 

Is it different from PC to Mac then?  I chose PC… it’d be strange to have 2 different methods.  In any case, glad you found the link eventually!

It was pretty easy to figure out, maybe people aren’t reading the instructions.

i got the WIN ver. when i did it the 4th Thank you page had no download button - just the invoice/order info. “Download” word was there but that’s it… it wasn’t hyperlinked/clickable.

i read the instructions clearly and couple times… i’m pretty techy… only once i got the 2nd email did i receive a download link.

maybe they changed the process between when i and xaltair ordered as we seem to have gotten a 2nd email w/ proper download page linked off that.
