BATsTM

yes, yes I know it’s from wiki, but just do a goole search....

“it is legal to import, grow, sell, and consume stevia products if contained within or labeled for use as a dietary supplement, but NOT as a food additive.”

Stevia is currently banned for use in food in the European Union[14] It is also banned in Singapore and Hong Kong.[15]

pinkskittles

it’s touted as a safer, healthier alternative to artificial sweeteners (aspartame, sucralose [splenda]), but i find it gives me headaches, like aspartame does. even though it’s natural, i don’t believe it’s a healthy option, and that we should just eat whole cane sugar, honey or maple syrup instead, or just stop using sugar altogether. but hey, if you want, give it a shot.
