i tried to get them to send me my password as i have previously registered but i get an error message with a whole bunch of undecipherable stuff.

correction:

everything okay now.
i went directly to their website instead of using the link,they sent me my forgotten password right away and it worked fine.maybe it was case sensitive or i just goofed. i have bought their “go lean” cereal before and it was very tasty, don’t need to add anything but milk.

I was also registered before, and was not able to continue. I used a different e-mail address and that worked.
