I ordered the black wall mount last week and it was suppose to be sent, but I got an email today saying they are refunding my money because the brackets do not meet there quality standards. Did anyone else order and then be sent a refund?

I just got the same email. What a bunch of crap. I kept seeing this thing going from sold out, to restocked, back to sold out, and I got it the first day it was on here. Booo!

I tried for the silver one, and it said in stock, but now it says is not currently available. Oh well have to wait and see. Not fair

I put in my order within a few minutes of it being listed and got my order cancelled too.
Sounds like a big old load of crap to me.
I for one will never buy anything from eforcity again.

Yeah, same CRAP deal here. Put my order in 3 days ago for the silver wall mount. Today get a refund email notice quoting “technical error” on their part. Bottom line, order is cancelled. Haven’t heard of 1 person getting the order.
