From what we can see, this applies site-wide. You just need to spend over $599 and use PayPal as your payment method. That means you can use it on some existing hot offers like the $499 Inspiron 545 with a Q8300 processor (you'll need to add at least $100 in upgrades or accessories of course), or the hot Studio XPS Core i7 deals. If you're looking for an item to fill out an order, three's also a great selection of items that are $20 or less right now.
You must use a Canadian PayPal account in good standing and complete a qualifying purchase no later than August 21, 2009, 12:00pm EST. According to the fine print, the $50 cash back will deposited into your PayPal account by September 22, 2009
