I’ve been addicted to this site for a couple of years now. It’s satisfying to often see products IDENTICAL to ones in store here for a fraction of the price.

I’m also addicted. I purchased a handful of CREE LED flashlights from these guys that are great around the house and in the car. I just ordered an HDMI to DVI cable for about $13 instead of wasting $40 at a local shop.

I have an HTC touch PDA with bluetooth and wifi (features that i do not use).

Will this device syncronize my device wirelessly if i am within line of site?

Line-of-Sight will allow communication if within 10 meters as per Bluetooth specifications and about 32 meters for WiFi dependant on power levels and antenna.

To synchronize anything you will also need the required software.

But for $3 even if you have to bring things in close, its about the cost of a cable but without the clutter and hides in your USB port without the chance of being snapped off.

I ordered the SATA to IDE, doesn’t work.  Need additional Molex Power connectors (maybe) but it doesn’t work with what comes with the package. DealExtreme didn’t post my review.

Is the $2.99 Bluetooth dongle legit??
I am looking for a bluetooth dongle, the size is perfect and the price is unbelievable!

It all just seems too good to be true…

@Pavel: You need to buy a power adapter for the HDD you are connecting. The power cable it comes with only powers the actual converter device, NOT the HDD.

I bought one of these a few weeks ago and just received it the other day—I haven’t tested it out yet, but if you read the reviews, you’ll see that more than one user has said that you need a SATA -> Molex (or vice versa depending on what you’re connecting) power cable.

it’s funny… 3 of the items I bought here a few weeks ago are on this list of suggested items to buy. Weird.

I got the iPod retractable charger as well and although the ipod connection is a little tight, it works well—it charges and syncs!
