DealExtreme.com is a Hong Kong based seller of electronics, gadgets, toys, and other odds and ends with a very good reputation in the RedFlagDeals.com forums. All of their prices are in US dollars just about everything has free worldwide shipping included in the price. Another great feature is that just about every product has user reviews. The only catch is that since items are shipped coming from Hong Kong, delivery can take from 2 to 4 weeks. You can upgrade your shipping method if you'd like to receive orders faster, of course.

Can anyone share their purchase experience through DealExtreme.com? Shipping is FREE, but what about Customs Brokerage charges? Also, how does warranty / defective product work? Will you be SOOL and simply have to dispose of the product, or do they have a replacement policy?
Things are very different when shopping from an overseas source like HK!

I have spent and received so many products from deal extreme. To crazy little gadgets to actual electronic cables. Shipping times are reasonable and I have never paid any extra fees. In terms of defective products they are excellent at replacing items and very quick with their responses.
