Best Buy: Insignia Blu-ray Disc Player $299.99, 2-for-$99 On Select Xbox 360 Games

Best Buy has some interesting offers currently, starting with an Insignia Blu-ray Disc Player for $299.99. This unit features support for DVDs, MP3 and WMA discs, JPEG images and even has a SD card slot. This is the lowest price we've seen for a stand-alone Blu-ray player.

Elsewhere, they also have a 2 for $99 promotion on a few Xbox 360 games (at the bottom of the page). The available games are Ninja Gaiden 2, Battlefield Bad Company, and Hellboy: Science of Evil. These offers are available online and in-store, and don't forget that you can order them for store-pickup as well.

It’s really a decent enough BD player. It’s made by Funai, the same company that manufactures Denon DVD and BD players. Funai also owns Magnavox and now Philips.
