mine got stalled at 11%...then I waited over an hour. Then, the site went down and now I get ‘we are unable to process online transactions due to boxing day volume’ or somesuch. You’d think they could have forseen the traffic and rented some extra server/processing bandwidth. Now my order is lost. Ridiculous.

Had a long discussion with BB customer service rep and the supervisor on their 1-800 number.  I think they have problem with their website.  We should all complain.  This is like waiting outside of their store on Boxing day for the store to open only to tell the customers that the store is closed and no product is available.

Best Buy’s boxing day sale is a scam. Try to sneak open box and refurbished items as new items. Shame on Best Buy.
