the website price is like 70% higher than in the store. What is the purpose of the 25% off.

Umm, I’ve noticed online prices to be identical to in store. Plus, on my past orders shipping has taken two days from one side of the country to the other! A lot of their stuff is substantially cheaper than say lululemon even before the 25% off.

Their on-line service sucks! Last year I ordered an item that they put on backorder. 5 weeks later they tried to deliver my order while I was away for 2 weeks - without internet. The courier company sent the package back to Roots after a week. When I came back, I asked Roots’ customer service to trace the package. The computer indicated that it was just returned to their warehouse and that bag was the only 1 left. They refused to send it out again. When I complained to their CS dept. they did absolutely nothing about it. They said it was my fault that I wasn’t here to accept it. I suppose it was also my fault that the item was backordered. I ordered the bag well in advance to take with me on my trip. When I requested twice for someone to explain why it couldn’t be sent again from the warehouse no one ever returned my call. I won’t order from them again!

prices were always the same for me too, at least the items I was interested in.
last thing I bought was a pair of sweat pants which was about $20 both online and in stores~

I cant seem to get the code to work. But i assume that is because Roots is having a 25% customer appreciation sale right now so its not stackable.
