Humble Bundle WB Games Sale: PWYW for Batman: Arkham Asylum, FEAR 2, FEAR 3 and More!

Humble Bundle WB Games Sale
This deal has expired! This deal has expired!

The wonderful, wonderful people who run the Humble Bundles are back this week with another helping of deals here to help you get your cheap video game fix on. This week, they're promoting a bunch of Warner Brothers games where you can pay as much, or as little as you'd like. As always, you'll need to pay at least $1 to get Steam keys. Here's a look at what's in the first tier of games:

  • Batman: Arkham Asylum Game of the Year
  • F.E.A.R. 2: Project Origin
  • F.E.A.R. 3
  • Lord of the Rings: War in the North

Beat the average, currently $4, and you'll get two other games including:

  • Batman: Arkham City Game of the Year
  • Scribblenauts Unlimited

$4 for the Batman games alone is well worth it. They're both highly rated, considered the some of the best super hero games ever made, and even made runs for game of the year. Even with the Steam Winter Sale coming up, there's no guarantee these games will be this cheap so you'll want to make a purchase now to save yourself the waiting.

Just a heads up, proceeds go to charity, the developers and the Humble Bundle staff.

The deals are live now but expire in two weeks. Enjoy!

    • Have most of those already damn.
Same here, I'm seriously going to have to reconsider buying games during sales if even retail games end up in bundles these days! Not that I'm ungrateful that they're in a bundle, it's just I haven't had a chance to play them yet

    • I had an Arkham City GOTY gift in my inventory for the longest time and recently activated, but haven't played it yet.

    • The choice meat of this bundle I think most people already have, a non starter for me anyway.

    • Cool! I am not a big gamer, but these bundles make games so cheap! So why not. It lets me try games I would otherwise never try.

    • So yeah then people can still sell/trade the games they don't have. LOL
Yes, but at the same time (like I said in my edit after your quote) this should eliminate the single keys where we were forced to activate games we already had. You can activate what you want and giveaway/sell the games you don't want.

    • I know before if you paid below the average and they added more games that required you to pay above the average, they gave them to you anyways. Is this still the case?

yes, I didn't beat the average because it was 21 and change, went back to the site and saw the average was under 4 so bought it. Now I have 2 listing for the WB bundle on my account. One with the both the regular and BTA games and one without the BTA games.

You used to be able to increase payment to BTA, is this no longer possible?

    • Have scribblenauts and played both AC and AA on PS3. Bought anyway because I hear it looks even better on PC.
Might give the fear games a good romp too.

You do not get the second week bonuses for paying under the average in the first week anymore. They changed it a few bundles ago.

You can purchase under the average while the average is low and wait to see what the second week bonuses are before increasing your payment.

You used to be able to increase payment to BTA, is this no longer possible?
You can still do this. The average is locked at whatever it was when you made your initial purchase.

The reason this person didn't is because the average was over $20 and that's what it was locked it.

Wait, so if say average when I paid is $4.25. I pay $5. But by second week new stuff is on average is $6, do I have to pay an extra $1? Or as long as you beat the average no matter the price when bought you still get second week games?
