View allAs expected, EA Sports UFC was added to the vault today
PVZ is a very fun game and has had a bunch of free updates also which has been nice and now I don't have to put in the disc!
FIFA 15 VS FIFA 14,looks like a lot of people still prefer play FIFA 14,save me some $.
not paying full price for their half ass effort
I have all the services including EA access
PS+ has given away 16 on PS4
I have both systems just saying you games with gold is still no match for PS+
Now that Sony's got market share, they've basically just done nothing (aside from inexplicably raise the price in Canada) while MS has had to be aggressive. It's a great time to be an Xbox gamer. There's monthly updates to improve the console experience, Games/Deals with Gold have gotten far better and there's a great selection of exclusive games coming this fall.
I'll get a PS4 eventually but I just have no incentive at the moment and out of principle refuse to bite until they return back to $400.
Oh well, still got a the great deal from shop.ca/e-bates/paypal ($395 all-in) for the PS4, Watch Dogs and an extra controller so let's hope it's in NHL 16.
I've got to learn someday (bought xbox 360 last gen, ps4 this gen ) - *always* and I mean *always* wait and see which console will be in second place in sales, then buy that one - like avis, the second place guy has to try harder to get customers, hence the deals on xbox one.
I really wish I had bought an xbox one instead of a ps4, as this is just the beginning. ms will continue to look for angle with xbox one
Is this a true gen 8 game visually?

However, the Titanfall bundle was only announced 2 weeks before release, and NHL 15 is 3.5 weeks away, so could happen, I just wouldn't bet on it. In 2011 for the "12" series of games, NHL sold 491,000 globally it's first week while Madden sold 1.4 million and FIFA sold 2.6 million. That likely explains why FIFA is included in bundles to boost sales.
That aside, everything you said about the Kinect I agree with. I think for many people, you don't know what it is until you have it. You can't really compare it to anything else, not a a compliment but just as a fact.
As someone who can't use the voice commands when I'm usually playing (thin walls, easily woken girlfriend), I can also agree that the snap function basically requires Kinect. Via the controller it's actually a giant pain in the ass, especially since the One OS has a lot of oddities. For whatever reason "friends" and "achievements" are treated as apps now, and generally navigating between apps, menus and the home/dashboard takes some getting used to.
For $50... I'd say yes. While it's not very useful for the core games (and never will be), it has a lot of value for the navigation aspect of the console. I would assume it will eventually be patched in, but at the moment using snap features without voice is little awkward. If you're playing a game, and want to snap TV, achievements or other apps... you just say 'Xbox Snap ___'. Otherwise, you back out of game, find the snap icon, and then select from a drop down menu.
I've also found Xbox Fitness to be a really great experience if you're into that and have the floor space. There's also a lot of little things that it adds, like recognizing you by face for sign in, being able to turn on/off the xbox by voice. I can, and do boot up the console, go to Netflix, watch shows... all without turning on a controller. And it's actually more convenient. I can also pause games/video by voice. A lot of little things.
However... I'd bet on a NHL 15 bundle to come for Canada. In Europe there's a FIFA bundle, and in the US there's Madden... seems they're in bed with EA and so NHL for Canada would be logical. If you're into NHL that is
As for the Kinect I love it just for home theatre capability. Use it every day.
Quick question- does anyone know if you need to be gold to get this, or will it work with silver?
The way I see it, even if they release one game a year that I really want, I see it as 'profiting' already. (Buying game at MSRP for $70+ taxes - $30TIV = +$45 spent VS. $30/yr for EA Access)
I have a really short attention/interest span for video games nowadays, so this service is perfect for me.
I have a Kinect and as of right now there is pretty much no use for it. In the future, I believe it will be useful however as of right now its pretty much just logs me in automatically and listen to a few voice commands when I want to turn the volume up or down. I would buy the $400 model.
Found someone selling BNIB xbox one without kinect for $350 or with kinect for $400,what should I choose,if there is some good games for kinect,my nieces may want it as they are playing kinect games on xbox 360 know.
Will subscribe EA Access service as FIFA 14 is game I played most of time.Decision.
