- The iOs5 version (with Google Maps, thank you) is a pretty nifty app. However, I do not see anywhere to punch a coupon code. Is it after entering credit card info? That wouldn't make sense. Tried with a Moncton and Hong Kong hotel (oddly, both cities have similar hotel prices).
  
  Anybody have better luck? Android version, perhaps?
  
  I wonder how Expedia got around Apple's in-app purchase rules.

  Hope this helps, from the terms and conditions: "After you select a qualifying booking, tap on the sentence that reads, "Enter a coupon or promotional code," and enter the coupon code MOBILE10. There is a limit of one coupon per person and per booking."

- I received an email for this promo from expedia.com and not expedia.ca. I downloaded the app and tried the code but it won't work if the country is set to Canada (expedia.ca). When changing the country to US, the code works. For iPhone, the country can be changed by clicking on the information icon in the expedia app. For Android, choose Settings in the expedia app to get to the Country. Also, the app does not allow you to select the number of rooms or choose smoking or non-smoking. After booking through the app, the room defaults to smoking. The app needs some more work.

- Did anyone try to book a hotel? I was able to apply the discount code and switched to Expedia.com. My credit card is Canadian. But I get an error when I try to complete the transaction. If someone else got it to work I will try again just want to know. Or if anyone has 10% off for the .ca site please let me know.
