AND you get to go with the worst airline! Hooray!
All air Canada planes i have been on offer humane amount of seating space and are comfortable with relatively new airbus planes.
AND the A/C plug ins are a bonus if you happen to forget to charge up before you fly!
One way flight from Ottawa to Vancouver is 310 (315 from Toronto) CAD. Round trip would be 620 CAD. It doesn't look like a deal to me.
Not saying much about Air Canada but i'm pretty sure some people just have the worst of luck when it comes to flying - getting outdated planes, poor customer service, delays, etc. Some people are just prone to that type of luck with some airlines. lol
AC is better than any US carrier out there, however the prices for AC are too high.
I fly to FL often and AA will cost me $400 for a round trip whereas AC will cost 600$+
+1 on this deal sucking!
it's not so much that AC is the best in NA... they're the least-worst.
Delta now is buying older Southwest and Air china (or china Air i can't remember which) and are using those now as they say they save money vs buying new. Lower costs sure, but no where near as good for us travellers.
I am Super Elite with Ac and their service was top notch 99% of time.
Except the crappy lounge in Toronto I don't really have many bad things to say about AC.
