Amazon.ca ToysRUs.ca: Playmobil Pirate Ship for $39.95 + Discounted Shipping (Regularly $99.99) Playmobil Pirate Ship $39.95 + $10 off Shipping
get this dealHere's a great deal for those of you with younger kids.
The Playmobil Pirate Ship, which typically sells for $99.99, is just $49.95 at ToysRUs.ca right now. And you'll get an extra $10 off the toy with coupon code CINEPLEXHOLIDAY.
While ToysRUs.ca doesn't offer free shipping on this item, you will get another $10 off the price of your shipping when you checkout. For an order to Toronto, that left shipping costs totaling $3. If you live in a more remote area of Canada, your shipping costs might be considerably higher. In that case, we'd suggest buying the same pirate ship from Amazon.ca now sold out. At Amazon.ca, there's no $10 coupon, but shipping is free across Canada, so that might work out better for you overall.
The Playmobil Pirate Ship is meant for ages 4-10. It comes with tons of accessories, four play figures, working cannons, a working crane and a removable upper deck. It floats on water (hello, bath time!) and can even be upgraded with a sold-separately Playmobil Underwater Motor.

View allThe pirate ship is great though, my kids love it
However the CINEPLEXHOLIDAY coupon is expired. Anyone know if they have something similar going on at TRU at the moment ?
Well, they went quick.
I hope all your kids enjoy the pirate ship like I enjoyed mine when I was a kid. I've got one waiting in the basement for when my son gets a little older, he's only 3 now.
High quality plastic and built to last.
Thanks again for the OP
Let us know what you think of it. I already know Playmobil, but many others don't.
And don't get me wrong, I like Lego too. I think kids need both building and imaginative play.
I don't see a pirate ship yet in the new Lego Pirate theme, but for $40 you get the fort with 234 pieces and 5 minifigs...
I can't afford a Lego pirate ship, lol
It was my favorite toy back in the 80s.
Now all they want is Lego.
sadly..
Already in the 80s, they were top quality toys and very popular in Europe. I think even today in some European countries they outsell Lego and there are Playmobil amusement parks in France and Germany. I had lots of fun playing with them as a kid, and my kids are having just as much fun 30 years later.
