They did, however, give me a one-time $50 credit AND they're going to call ME Friday/Saturday with (hopefully) a fix. The funniest part about all of this is that I'm only trying to get online to see my plan (150/15/550@$38.99) without alerting anyone over the phone as to my outrageous plan. LOL typical RFDer in the basement with tin-foil hat.

I couldn't find any reviews people had of Rogers vs Shaw ... right now they both have student deals:
1. $40 for Rogers 30/5 w/ 270GB
2. $30 for Shaw 25/2.5 w 250GB
I will use around 100GB so I don't care about the caps and 25mbps download is enough for me. If both work as advertised, I'm indifferent because the extra speed/cap of Rogers would be worth $10 to me. I'm just wondering if anyone knows something useful... like "you'd be lucky to get 10mbps with Shaw" etc.
