Lucky I grabbed a receipt in order to see the balance of my starbucks card (which has $5 free from the deal last week)
Used my store credit worth $20 to buy some K Cups and a mug. Got a receipt for that around 1:45PM. Then had to go to Chapters to pick up an order, and bought myself a Grande Caramel Machiatto (so so btw) for $2+ tax and used one of those $5GCs from Living Social. Got another receipt and now I need to use by the end of the day
I bought one of those portable coffee presses so I don't want to spend even $2 on coffee's anymore.
Where did all of you guys get the $5 GC ?
you guys DO know that most of us dont care where or when you got the receipt right? Not all customers take their receipt, and we leave it on the side and give them out to people who wants them (or their friends).
even at $2 for a grande, starbucks is making money off of you. they just simply make less than normal. all at the expense of the environment (water, electricity, more waste).
Good, the environment has it coming. All it ever does is try to kill me. Bad weather; viruses; bacteria; poisons; long falls ending with jagged rocks; and dangerous animals with sharp teeth and claws, some of which also carry horrible diseases; these are all thanks to the environment.
usually it's the baristas fault for not being informed on how to do the redeeming
