Originally Posted July 27: Starbucks is bringing back a popular offer from last year! July 30 through August 26 when you buy something at Starbucks in the morning you'll be able to bring back your receipt for a $2 grande cold beverage any time after 1 PM. You can get any handcrafted cold beverage like a Frappuccino, Refresher, Iced Tea, Iced Coffee or Smoothie for just two bucks!

This offer is running at participating stores only. Unfortunately we haven't been able to locate a list of participating locations, but we have seen the offer advertised at our local Starbucks locations, so check for a sign or ask the staff to ensure you'll be able to take part when the promo starts on Monday.

- i bought a bagel with this in the morning last year and got my drink in the afternoon.
  
  my sister went to redeem a drink with the purchase of food. they did not allow it so she called customer service and they were able to honour it.

- It's not a joke really....some people buy their 2-3$ coffee in the morning and a grande frap for 2$ is a steal.

  They just key-in some special code and your drink becomes $2.00, then they take your receipt and put an "X" on it so it can't be re-used.

  I found out about this yesterday and gave it a try! Starbucks has a special right now, save your morning Starbucks receipt (prior to 12:59pm), bring it back the same day after 1:00pm to a participating store and get any handcrafted Grande (473 ml) cold drink (Frappuccino blended beverages, Starbucks Refreshers beverages, Iced Tea, Iced Coffee, Smoothies) for $2.00 plus tax.

- I'm not sure if this only applies to buying a drink in the morning, but I refilled my card and then bought a tall pike, and got two receipts that I could bring back. At least that's what it says on the bottom.

  I did the same thing too and got two receipts. So we could pretty much refill our card and also buy a drink for two of these deals each day?
