    • I'm not sure my wallet can survive all of these promotions that SDM is putting on!! I spent a lot more this weekend on cosmetics than I had wanted too but it was too good of a deal to pass up!

      You can always go ahead and buy the formula. Then buy again when it's 20 times day and return these formulas with the earlier receipt. Assume you don't open them.

      Sadly I'm getting close to being a Plus member. I didn't realize how much I spend at Shoppers till I look at the receipt on the weekend eeek. Shoppers does know how to run amazing promotions!!!

      There is a webform on the site. They make it hard to get to as it will keep giving you their auto "Search our Q&A database" screen.
      Subimitted the webform a few times over the years, cant say the quality is very good.

      On another site recently people were comparing answers to the question "what does a coupon that says one per purchase mean" (after some got rejected at some stores)...and SDM reps provided 3 different answers, that the customer could only buy 1 product with 1 coupon total, that the customer could be one product with one coupon, but ring as many as they want on separate transactions, or that the the customer could
      use 1 coupon per every product purchased.

      It quickly becomes clear why there is such inconsistency in their stores. You'd wonder how their customer service team could provide completely different answers to a basic policy question

      Still didn't get my plus coupons, if it was mailed the same day people in Toronto got it I should have had it the next day.

    • I already stopped shopping on the 20x events. I only shop at the "refer a friend" event and collect all my relatives/friends optimum cards to gain 10000 points for every $20 spend.

      does anyone know if you have the Optimum plus if you still get the 10k pts back if you redeem on a special $200 redeem day? that would be pretty sweet. so in reality it would be only 65k to get $200.. or about $330 in spending if Im not mistaken for 66k pts.

      I'm hoping to find out in the weeks to come. I just redeemed my points recently.

      The answer better be yes, that's all I have to say. The promo says 75K in points, doesn't talk about the value of those points or on "What day" so ... yes, they should honor that.

      Yup. I did the special redemption the week before, 75K points for $200, the "rebate" of 10K showed in receipt right away.

      I would be careful about trying to return baby formula. This was many years ago but when I worked in a grocery store, baby formula was a commonly stolen item. Whenever anyone tried to return it, it raised red flags and refunds were generally refused. Check with the store before buying with the intention of returning.

      See, I was trying to find my receipt from that day because I wasn't sure if it went through right away or not ... it might have but I wasn't entirely sure, because I dropped down to 0 but I left with + 10,000 so ...
      I gotta find that damn receipt.

      Yes, you get the 10k points on a $200 redemption day. (at least I did on the last one!!)
      It shows as plus points reward 10000
      on my receipt.
