McDonald's: Small McCafe Specialty Coffee for $1

Here's a pretty sweet deal on courtesy of McDonald's. Starting now, and running until December 9, you can enjoy any small McCafe specialty coffee for $1. Normally, these cost more than a dollar so, if you've ever wanted to try one, you have ample time to stop by your nearest McDonald's for a taste.

While there isn't a huge display ad for it on the website, hovering over the "Promotions" tab on the McDonald's website clearly shows the deal.

  The signs that you see, do they have a date on them?

- 1) sounds a lot like last time when it was certain and very few locations participating (earlier this month).
  2) Coffee is never considered McCafe specialty beverage -- tried before when they had $1 coupons.
  3) $1.29 for small coffee with unlimited refills trumps this UNLESS you are able to trick an associate that your cup is a coffee and gets refills (but YMMV if the teller remembers what you had ordered or if you cup gets marked).

  I'd complain to that manager, it is definitely any small drink with espresso, including latte, cappuccino, espresso, americano and mocha. Just not the deluxe hot chocolate (doesn't have espresso in it)

  Found that out too the hard way which I find rather stupid. They do upgrades when they have free coffee events, and just make you pay for the difference, so why not now?

  Ok glad to see Im not the only one feeling like this. Tried the mocha for the first time, and really felt like there was this strong plastic taste.

  Depends on the location. When they started out they were trying to complete with starbucks, now they realized they just need to compete with tims which is not that great either.
