      haha... yea I decided I was going to eat healthy this week too... but such a good deal! I guess it's a better deal to get the "signature creations" b/c they have 2-3 mix-ins unless you don't like any of their pre-determined combinations. I remember a love-it size being enough for me and my boyfriend to share though!

      Coldstone is even more expensive than Starbucks. I tried their Blast (Blizzard/McFlurry rip-off) and it was so disappointing. It tastes good since it's ice cream that's blended... but it's just blended ice cream. Now to try their shakes.

      Nope no coupon - They actually have balloons and flyers and stuff promoting this in-store.

    • Curious about other people's service experience. Took over 10 minutes at my local Coldstone to get a shake. Staff was completely under trained. The guy didn't know where to find parts of teh machine, he was reading information sheets trying to figure it out, etc. A guy ordered a Blast before me and another employee had no idea what he was doing and made a mess.

      I complained because the wait was crazy long and I wanted the manager to know that they were under trained (not blaming teenage employees) and she offered me a refund but still was not a good customer service experience (no real apology).
