      It is better to sow wildflower seeds in the fall so they can overwinter in the ground.

      The information you submit will be kept and used for the purpose of administering and fulfilling the seeds.
      Why will the seeds be administered & fulfilled blather than delivered and watered? Delivering and watering the seeds once disbursed in incommutable soil would likely be more to their fulfillment acquirement's.
