Question though, what's the best way to cancel the auto renew? Just email them? I am wondering will this cancel the service also?

So I have emailed them back with a screen shot of one of the emails I got from them. I also added some complaints about how most if not the entire group was over charged and not every single person in the group shouldnt have to hunt them down for their money back.
Edit- email sent, we shall see how long they take to reply/correct the charges.
So far they charged me 13.67, then reversed the 13.67 and re charged 13.62
Heard these guys will also manage NHL subscription. I was considering subscribing for that one but given this experience not sure I want to.
but I'm certain I got the popup and signed up through the group link.
Will try to email mlb.tv and see if that route works
EDIT: They reply to emails quickly! I never heard back after calling, but just got confirmation that my refund is on it's way.
