View allLow buzzing in the right ear only. Can be heard with sound playing.
Sound quality is pretty OK, nothing great. Build quality is alright.
Bit of a crackling noise in the base
For me, it's very noticeable at about 40% volume and up on the headset. It's there at lower volumes too but I have to really strain to hear it. I wasn't even looking for this defect in particular when I discovered it. I have both wired and wireless headphones hooked up to the same external DAC and switched over from the wired to the wireless to try it out fresh out of the box and that's when I noticed something sounded very different beyond the normal sound signature differences between headphones, a kind of artifact or anomaly, which led to more A-B testing and confirmation.
This set I can't speak to the quality on response as of yet as I purchased an online order in store, but they should be Okay I think it would depend on the system or phone you are using it with.
Exactly 2.4 is a congested band, that's why I went bluetooth and purchased the Jabra Move at BB for $99.99.
The buzz is real, it's there, and I can hear it. What that tells me is most people don't pay close attention to the sound and or aren't very discerning. Even that other user on RFD who I believe said he owned this and lots of other headphones came out and actually said there is no buzzing or if there is, it's the source I'm using (I tested for that, it isn't).
Now I fully admit you may have poor ears or listen to things where you wouldn't be able to notice the constant drone of the bzzzzzzz. If you listen to say a lot of hard rock or use these to watch sports on TV where there is constant white crowd noise, the buzz is easily drowned out. It's a completely different story when it's soft strings or voice and all you hear is the bzzzzzz in the background.
Granted, some buzz more than others.
