- Well, it says you can use it for anything on the site and not just from the Valentine's Day categories... but if you're planning to order for valentine's day you're going to see jacked up prices anywhere. Unfortunately, I'd get an earfull if the missus watches everyone but her get something delivered to her office.

  I don't like how there doesn't seem to be any way to see your total including the discount (It goes into Gift Cert field??) before submitting your CC info.

- Just ordered the growers special 12 roses for 39.99. See if they are reliable. Strangely, even though they have a phone number to place orders, the person who answered stated all orders must be made on the webpage.
  
  Also, the valentine special of 12 roses, a teddy bear, and lindt chocolates looks exactly like the COSTCO roses, the price is a few bucks more when delivery is included, so all in all not bad.

- Search for reviews on epinions before ordering flowers online. Most places have HORRIBLE reviews. Often times they will say "free shipping", etc but then will tack on a "service charge" at the last screen of the checkout.
  
  I placed an order through FTD.com and then came across all these bad reviews. I'm still contemplating whether or not to cancel it. Apparently they can make substitutions at will on the flowers as well and often don't give the actual florist enough money to build the boquet shown in the picture. Overall consensus seems to be to go through a local florist directly. It may seem expensive at first, but at least that way you'll get what you pay for as all the money goes 100% to the florist.
