View allThe $400 dollar limit would is for the maximum in tax savings. In theory your total purchase would have to be around $3100 to reach the limit.
Bought a Samsung French door fridge which is on sale at both HD and Leons. They couldn't pm HD because of credit stipulation. Pmed Leons 1199$ - $120 (10%)+tax.
They wouldn't give free delivery like Leon's plus bought the 3yr service plan.
I'll try HD instead.
Can it if I use it once and pay it off?
I only have 3 major credit cards and they are paid off before interest accrues.
We fortunately don't need credit or borrowing anyway, the cards are just used for the benefits.
And I honestly don't see a better deal than getting 10% off AND tax off at HD. Does Lowes also have 10% off? (not talking about email as in-store, it's very ymmv especially combo'ing promos)
It depend how much you're buying but there are quite a few cards offering over $100 in value for a sign up bonus and a few even over $300. You may be better off with the credit score hit elsewhere. Store credit cards don't seem to help uour credit history. If you're getting $200 in value in may be worth it to get the card, otherwise you'll get better value elsewhere.
Lowes doesn't have it though.
Use it, pay it off right away, then file it away until another promo comes up.
They already had the Samsung washer/dryer marked down to $1 less than Leons, so no pricematch.
The best I can do is $1,496 with tax. Equivalent for me of $1,324 + tax.
Still not bad, but not what I was hoping for.
Anyone notice any good deals on Fridge or Stoves? I'm looking for a 30 - 33' wide refrigerator
During their 1/2 off dryer special last weekend, I pm'd the Samsung 4.8 front loader off Sears, and matching 7.5 dryer off HD, both for $1270+tx.
