The first replacement also stopped working within minutes of unpacking it.
The second replacement seemed to work, but was clearly a used product with scuffs and scratches. A lot of back and forth with their customer service was for naught. They refused my demand for a refund or a replacement and said the product was fine. They offered me a tool attachment as consolation.
I would never ever buy another product from this company. Beware!!!
