I have no idea if this is supposed to be good price
Great, time to go back to get 4$ back from almonds. :P
Ju Leon...
Since, like many of your followers, I refurnished my bedroom at ridiculous price and made a relative get 300$ back this week...
I am all for costco to have poor decision making personnel that cause customers to avoid regular priced commodities allowing our weekly treasure hunt of slow moving items
Under the Quebec law, code is meaningless. It's the description. If X = X, well, under the law, SCOP applies. If they failed to do so, go back, take a picture of the item (before they go change it) and file a complaint.
Ju Leon...
That's why I suspect many customers did not notice the situation before they left
My receipt did says -5.00$ when I bought it that week (and it also was the last day of the sale). However, if it does rang up at a higher price and you saw it lower, they have to give it to you plus -10.00 (Quebec SCOP) if the description match the item. That's why I always check my bill before I leave. Sometimes, Costco didn't even remove the sign that the sale ended the day before. Even the date was posted, they suppose to still give it at that price (the 10.00 thingy is a iffy).
Ju Leon...
they rang at 14,99$ at the till
manager said I should have checked the code # before carelessly concluding the price was for the item under it.
Hope they have corrected the price and fired that manager
but how many people got scammed
Oh, those pepperoni are so good. Well, it isn't much of a sale, since it was on sale a week ago at 9.99$. *lol* Just chop it out into little pieces and put them on your home made pizza and oh yeah!
Ju Leon...
(Non)Salted butter is priced at $2.89
For me, it's out of no where. :p Is there any interesting place to eat there though?
Ju Leon...
And there is nothing better than walking into a Walmart and not having crowds of people and get all your stuff in 15mins. Love it. But weekends it's full.
By the way, gas is going up to 111.9 in Montreal tonight...
Ju Leon...
Yeah, Candiac is pretty much out of no where. Hell, that Walmart there is quiet...
Ju Leon...
I might even go so far as to conclude they do so before doing major price cuts
For some reason they almost always end up on OP's and Krazy's favourite spots.
But the costco's density is impressive on the south shore of Montréal, maybe thats how they compete with each other
Yes they will price protect up to 15 days (maybe more; worth it to ask nicely) and after that pretty much everybody purchase another one and return it on their way out with the old receipt
Dumb policies makes people do dumb things!
Haagen-Dazs on sale again, time to stock up some ice cream... and fat
sorry had to wait for a relative to get price adjust before telling the hoards that laval had 1 left this pm
plenty of lane cutters and parking spot stealers though
wish the road authorities made a central video repository and invited everyone to submit our video-graphic experiences.
They would be in charge of informing the other driver of the presence of the video and depending of the severity of the misconduct the video would be public for a period of time.
Pretty sure that would be a better deterrent than making "shock advertisement" and having a record number of road deaths the next week end ...
