    • Well it's no Christmas Sale but I'd recommend Limbo and Costume Quest to everyone. Both are excellent games at excellent prices.

    • I was thinking of picking up LIMBO. I've heard nothing but good things -- time to make that huge $2.49 investment, heh.
Too bad Castle Crashers isn't on sale, that's kinda Halloween-ish...right?

    • was walking dead season pass cheaper during the summer sale?. thinking i should hold out till christmas sale

    • To be honest, I'm a little disappointed. These prices are nothing new. The only game I was considering was Dead Island but that's 50%, not the magic 75%.

Or maybe I've just been spoiled. :P

No it's never gone below 14.99 unless you have IGN prime 15% discount at gamersgate, then it was about $12 a few months ago.

Most of these deals we've either seen so many times before or simply aren't good though. Like FONV ultimate was 9.99 during summer im pretty sure, now it's 14.99?

    • Picked up:

      Prototype 2
      Anna
      I Am Alive
      They Bleed Pixels
      Condemned

Just shy of 50$; not bad.

edit; incidentally, now I sit at 888 games on Steam.

Yes, it was $9.99 and Fallout 3 GOTY Edition was $4.99 as well. Been waiting for the Fallout games to go on sale for a while now. I don't know if I should jump on them now or see what sales come up for Black Friday and Christmas.

Amazon had a Fear bundle (Fear 1+2+3) for $10 ($7.50 with a coupon) a few months ago. This is up to you of course, but I'd wait because it's been lower in the past.

    • I highly recommend TellTale's "The Walking Dead" - it's my game of the year so far and I wouldn't be surprised if it wins that award for several outlets come the end of the year.

I really want to buy it, but I kind of want to hold out and see if there's a better deal down the road.

    • Ended up getting "The Walking Dead". The game gets so intense at times. I like it.
