Future Shop and Best Buy: Trade in Two Get $60

If you have a couple older video games lying around that you wouldn't mind getting rid of, Future Shop and Best Buy are running a trade in event you might be interested in. For a short while, you can trade in any two select video games and get $60 worth of store credit. The lists can be found below and they include games for all consoles including handhelds. Though the list is primarily comprised of newer titles, there are some older ones that make it worth a look.

Trade in events aren't anything new but this is the first we can recall where you can swap games for store credit, or at least this much store credit.

- I was debating between New Super Mario Bros 2, KH Dream Drop Distance and LBP Vita. I trade KH and Mario this week since I had multiple Marios. I was confident LBP would be there for AT LEAST 2 more weeks.

  Weird choice to remove that many games. LBP just came out and is one of the greatest Vita game. Guess there really is no one buying vita games.

- Well I'm pretty sure I bought every copy of Cabela 2011 and Air Conflicts: Secret Wars in my city to trade for new super mario bros 3d, a 3ds xl, wwe 13, resident evil 6 pokemon white 2 pokemon black 2 etc... So I guess I'm okay with them finally being purged.

- 20% off all trade in games at Future Shop so I guess I should take back the Wii horse racing game I got used and repurchase it ? It would save me $7+. People that bought used games in recent days you could really save some real money doing this.

  I knew sr3 was gone as they brought out a complete edition and axed the retail price on the regular. and there are also some nice additions like mw3, wii party, mario party 9, catherine, goldeneye reloaded, the gow and infamous collections, etc

- I think he means price/offer protection where they 'return' it then you repurchase at the lower price and get the difference back.

  Unopened or opened doesn't matter. It is price protection they offer. JackWhyte has it right. That is what I was talking about.
