- used this one almost 6months now, just signed up scotia cash back card, 50 rebate from GRC+50 statement credit from scotia=$100
  
  this is way better than SC 2% and 400 cap eve accounting 99 annual fee, and SC gave me 1000 limit and not willing to increase, this is lowest credit limit I have, I am not happy with this

  Where are the details on this one? I tried to search for it but can't find anything. I've already gone over the 6 month promo period on my mbna smart cash card and am looking for the next points deal. THX

  That's correct. You apply on the same page, it's MBNA that will determine if you get a Platinum or World card. There's no separate application or option.

  It is not the best card for those who routinely charge over $1,250 per month. After that limit you get zilch. For gas and groceries you will get 1% to the extent that you have not already exceeded $1,250 plus another 1% for up to $400 worth of G&G.

  Not specifically, but I would assume it would strongly take your credit history and personal/household income into account.
  
  To my knowledge, World MasterCards have a $60,000 personal income and or $100,000 household income requirement.
