  EVGA's actually pretty good. I don't care for the case and HD in this deal too much.

  EVGA Motherboard is surely better than MSI, and its on par with ASUS and Gigabyte

- shipping for 39 is actually not that bad. i remember paying 45 for shipping of a whole computer (seperate parts) and a projector.

  The ATX case is ugly IMO. If you gonna build a Core i7 system get a nicer case, with better cooling and more stylish.

  I'd pass as well. This is the X2's brother where it's the non-modular version of the X2.

  The power supply has 5/5 reviews and the case isn't bad, but nothing special. My friend ordered and got a D0, I think most i7 are D0 now.

- it's the CPU stepping. D0 is the new stepping which overclocks better, has a lower VID and is cooler.

  and SLI is only intel/nvidia

- Plug in a 4890 and (or two) and it's good to go. I'm tempted since I've been looking to upgrade my PC for a few months now.
  
  6 GB of RAM is a bit less. I prefer more. So I guess I'm looking at another $150 for another 6 GB.
  
  Heads up. The i5 will be out this fall and much cheaper for those who doesn't need the i7.
