  Btw, Telus has refreshed iphone 4S for this price a few month ago and sold out very soon, I wish they have refreshed iphone 5 soon, that is probably sth. I will bite.

  Mine came with 10 months warranty, it's different for every phone.

  Seems like that eBay vendor can Factory Unlock the phone for $62. I'd rather get it done through Rogers, Bell, Telus for $50 and know that it's not only cheaper, but more safe.
