Of the deals above, the 23" Asus IPS monitor seems to be the stand out at $200. We've seen IPS displays on sale at Dell from time to time, but this model has a few things going for it including a quicker 6ms response time, HDMI, DVI, VGA connectivity options, four USB 2.0 ports and swivel, tilt, pivot and height adjustments. We're not sure how it stacks up to the 23" Dell Ultrasharp in terms of quality but the Asus is aggressively priced and is to be considered if you work extensively with photos and video.
