OnHop.ca has the Pandigital 7" LCD digital photo frame with PanTouch technology and 512MB of built-in memory for only $58.81. There's no specs on OnHop.ca, but this page on CenDirect.com breaks down it's features which include video and audio playback, WiFi, and Bluetooth connectivity.
