  With Crucial M4 going as low as $200 in RFD threads, even though the Plextor should be faster due to toggle nand, not worth the extra $100.

- Just beware that if you have to return anything to them, even if it is defective, you have to pay the shipping. IF they decide it is defective you will get you money back but bot your shipping.
  
  I ordered some cables during the last sale and they are a pile of flaming crap and now I have to pay to ship them back. Hopefully I will get my money back but I will still be out the shipping and still have to buy cables elsewhere. Totally not impressed at all. It will have to be an amazing sale and something I can not price match elsewhere before I will order from there again.

  not entirely true; if you spend 2500 points and get a membership, you get a few extra bonuses, one of which is free RMAs.

  I fail to see the problem with your second paragraph. You should have researched what you were buying before you bought it. And of course they're not going to give you the shipping cost back. Shipping still costs money and it's not their fault that you're not happy with the product.

- Definitely the best way to spend your points. Only 500 points. Express RMA comes in handy especially if you get the extra $10 Zero Pixel policy where you can keep shipping back for free until you get a pixel perfect monitor.

- The cables are DEFECTIVE. I can't read the monitor clearly with the cable connected because the cable is bad.
  
  It is not about me being unhappy with the product, it is about the product NOT working. I think that it is unfair that I have to cover shipping both ways or pay for some kind of membership when I am shipped a defective product. I have ordered items in the past from other places and when the item is defective they refund the whole amount (shipping and item) when the item is defective.
