Wireless plans aren't cheap so it's obviously always best to get the most out of your money. If your current contract is almost up or you're looking to switch wireless providers, Mobilicity has a really good promotion worth checking out. Right now, you can get any of their unlimited plans for just $30. This includes the popular Unlimited Everything plan which normally retails for $55 per month. Here's a look at the other plans you can get for $30:
Unlimited Plus - Regularly $35
- Unlimited Light Data (Social Networking + Email or BBM + Email)
- Unlimited Canada Wide Talk
- Unlimited Global Text
- 15 Minutes North American Voice Roaming
- Voicemail, Caller ID and Call Features
Unlimited Value - Regularly $45
- Unlimited Data
- Unlimited North American Talk
- Unlimited Global Text
- 30 Minutes North American Voice Roaming

Unlimited Everything - Regularly $55

Normally, these types of promotions are typically only discounted for one year and require at least a two year term. Upon further inspection of the fine print, though, there doesn't seem to be that listed in the disclaimer so these plans should be for life.
Interested parties will definitely want to head to their nearest Mobilicity dealer before the promotion expires.

If the price doesn't revert back to normal after a period of time, why would anyone not just get the most expensive plan? Anyone else think this is kind of weird?
I wouldn't mind dropping my phone bill another 7.50 / month.
Can anybody confirm?
I'm guessing it's similar to Wind's capabilities?
Cannot combine with multi-month discount.
Is there any cost associated with changing plans?
An administrative fee may apply to some changes to plans (such as switching plans). If you are under the Monthly Fees program, your plan charges will be prorated in respect to your Payment Date. If you are under the Multi-Month Fees program, we will prorate your refund based on the remaining days left on your plan minus an administrative fee. You agree that the one monthââ¬â¢s regular plan charge is a reasonable charge for us to recuperate any discounts, subsidies or other costs associated to your change under the Multi-Month Fees program. We may at our discretion limit your number of changes allowed to your plan within a short period of time

1 bar of signal on Wind = practically unusable service
1 bar of signal on Mobilicity = service is mostly still usable, can still make calls
All in all, I find Mobilicity to have less issues with delayed text messages and missed calls, but their data speeds are almost always slow, unless you're in the right area of town. Wind Mobile's data speeds are often 2-3x faster. I've tested Wind, Mobilicity and Public over the last 3 years in the GTA. They're all slowly getting better.
I now pay $22.50/month for Unlimited everything (including NA-wide long distance and 30 minutes roaming).
I've also used Mobi in Edmonton and have been overall very happy with the service, and ecstatic that
Every Month, I KNOW WHAT EXACTLY WHAT I WILL BE PAYING
F Telus, Rogers, Bell, and Fido (my former carriers in reverse chronological order)
Includes:
- Unlimited Data
That's what I love. I don't need a billion gigabytes, but what I do need is piece of mind.
I don't want to worry about using my phone. I want the freedom to use it whenever I want for whatever I want.
