In our opinion, the deals look pretty promising. The Nokia Lumia 1020 is at an especially great price for a new, unlocked, no contract phone.
All deals, unless otherwise specified, will go live at 12 AM EST on November 27. All deals are eligible for free shipping from MicrosoftStore.com.

View allMine just decided to crap out for no apparent reason over night, worked like any other night, than closed the screen and never came back on the next day. Power button started making a buzzing sound when pushed, no battery charge light when plugged in.
Took it into MS and sounds like they will check it out and most likely send it out to Dell for a good 3-4 week repair I'm told.... Pretty sad. Is that the best they can do? Being without a laptop you paid good money for for that long sucks, altho luckily for me that its not my only PC and I have several. I know FS or BB would return it or replace or something along those lines, altho for the price I paid it was an incredible deal, the laptop crapping out so early kinda negates that.
Pretty impressive
The thing is BRIGHT orange. Like think florescent. I will probably use it as my work phone so doesn't bug me at all. Excited to try it out later tonight.
BTW, I received some extra goodies for some reason.
Should arrive tomorrow.
I'll call again tomorrow if no update tonight.
I like this laptop, it is light.
There is obviously a delay between the label created and when the item is on route, which seems to be the main complaint in this thread. Their shipping department is slow to ship the items out but they shouldn't be/arent posting the final charge until it's actually on the truck
I have no qualms with them myself since I got my Lumia phone within 5-7 business days as stated. It's certainly no worse for me than my orders with places like NCIX where nothing happens for days after my orders is placed.
A authorized charge was put on my Credit Card and was showing on my CC account , till Friday..it was never posted or charged.
But now nothing is showing on my CC..no authorized charge , no posted charge, no hold ..nothing.
Is this normal ?..to remove the authorized charge after a few days ?..so now will they only charge me , when its actually shipped ?
Returned the Lumia 1020 without hassle.
Only weird thing is they give no receipt for the return, but follow the same procedure as mentioned above.
After contacting MS electronically, they put the whole package in a box and ship it. They say that MS will settle everything a few days (or whenever parcel is received) later.
What worries me, now that I think about it is I got no receipt or any proof that I returned it.
This is weird way of doing business. The Microsoft Store in Oakridge Center, Vancouver is just a booth. No stock on view although they have a storeroom below.
The Manager told me that the stores are individually owned and sell MS products. But they all take an Oath of Allegiance to Microsoft and promise to uphold the ideals of the Company. And also to dislike Sony and the PS4.
EDIT: Received this from MS an hour after transaction:
"We are issuing you a credit to your Microsoft Store order for the amount shown below. It takes additional time for the credit to appear on your statement, and it may appear in the next billing cycle. Credit is issued according to our return policy":
So it looks like returning to the Store is fine. Its was fast & painless. Everything was done electronically.
That link states you can return to store?
He flat out said "No, that was boxing day only".
ME: "I just called and the rep said you had some, can you double check?"
VINCE: "No, that's a stock variance, it may show in stock in there system but we're actually sold out".
ME: "You can't double check?".
VINCE: "No.".
So i said okay and stuck around for a few minutes. The dude didn't seem nice at all, I've never had someone not even attempt to double check stock. I then went to the front desk and asked the girl and she paged the stock boy. Guess what? They DID have some, and probably still do. I told her about Vince and she said sorry and gave me a $25 off discount card, so I got the Dell for $375+tax (i totally think this is an awesome deal, my dad's using it so he's not a power user).
I went back to this Vince guy and said "Guess what I got". He legitimately seemed surprised and gave me some BS about how he knew they had some, but they were reserved for DOAs, which is probably BS. Like seriously he never even checked for me. VERY poor customer service from Microsoft.
TLDR: Yorkdale MS Store probably has some Dell Inspiron 15s in stock. Don't talk to VINCE, speak to the nice girl at the desk.

Anyone know Microsoft return policy for items purchased on line? Can you return to local Store? Their return policy doesn't state anything.
Is anyone else getting the same problems as I do?
- After a complete shut down, the system will shut down itself when booting up. Turn on the second time and it works. Happening quite often.
- Some screen flickering
- 2 Dead Pixels
Does anyone know what are the chances of getting a replacement?
Getting Dell Support is apparently not simple. One would need Microsoft Store to do Ownership Transfer. Does anyone have experience doing this?
Thanks.
My first order from Sunday is still at the label created stage.
Stuff is moving if only slowly.
microsoft sent me french version.
