- Good deal for a 4gb player with wireless sync. I know the 8gb was $100 not too long ago @ FS on a price error but this is great if you don't need much space.

- Cold as ice considering the deal that amazon.ca had on them, I think the brand new 8gb ones were around $50 and free S&H as always, if not $50 than they were $60. I know for sure that the 80gb one was only $99.99 in that sale thats the one I got.

  Amazon had encase you didn't get that part, it was their one day boxing day sale, but thats what ppl do on here we compare the current post with any other sale that ever was.

  I'm not even going to look at the amazon deal the other poster was talking about because I'll just be sad if the deal was before Christmas. Ended up picking up the sony walkman mp3 player instead.

  We don't have a time machine, we couldn't go back to Dec 26th, 2008, 3am, and the deal only lasted an hour, I don't think you can see that price again until next boxing day. For people who want one now, it is still a good price.

  Why, to restore it to the original furbished state, of course.
  
  Seriously, there could be a dozen reasons. Some probably were returned defective, sometimes there are issues found prior to sale and things are returned and reworked, but they can't be sold as new. Sometimes they've just been returned by consumers who tried them out and didn't like them, so they get returned to their original state, repackaged and are sold as refurbished.
  
  I wouldn't worry about a refurb from FS as you can easily return it if it's defective, but you should think twice about buying from a shop like XS Cargo, whose return policy is very restrictive.

  Since these players are not really fixable, most of the refurbs are just tested and repackaged.

- i usually would not touch a fs warranty but for this it is only 10 bucks for a 2 year prp (product replacement plan) not a psp. This makes it very warm

  I've always preferred drag'n'drop players but Version 3 Zune software is pretty great. Asian character support doesn't matter to me. Just wish there was divX support.
